A&G’s unique on-site tank fabrication process has been developed to provide our customers with the safest, most efficient and least disruptive tank building service available.

A&G’s own Precision Automated Manufacturing (PAM) technique uses custom methodology superior to our competitors’ traditional mild steel tank offerings. A&G uses this custom process to fabricate to our customers’ needs using various grades such as 304, 316, SAF2205 and LDX, and sizing of vessels up to 5 million-litre capacity.

Advantages of A&G’s unique PAM site build process include:

  • Elimination of working at heights, resulting in safety and cost benefits
  • Minimal onsite footprint for works
  • Automated Plasma TIG welding of vessels up to 12mm thickness, giving unwavering consistency and quality of weld
  • Experienced on-site fabrication of coded vessels such as AS 1210, AS 1692 and API 650
  • Significantly lower fabrication time than with traditional methods, reducing on-site time, allowing you to fast-track your project
  • Help at tender phase by demonstrating cost effectiveness at the outset and the life cycle of the application
  • Dedicated WH&S Manager to supervise all project safety aspects to a structured and documented plan, aligned with the customer’s own requirements
  • Principal Contractor responsibilities (pursuant to WH&S legislation) available for the duration of build, upon request
