In what format will I receive drawings during the design phase of a project?

All A&G drafted vessels and formwork are completed in Inventor and/or AutoCAD, as per the requirements or requests of the customer. With A&G you can expect a full design prior to manufacture for verification and sign-off, to ensure that you receive a custom product that best suits your needs. A&G will also provide General Arrangement drawings and consult on design solutions that best fits your project.

What is A&G’s PAM process?

A&G’s PAM (Precision Automated Manufacturing) process is our unique automated manufacturing process for the manufacture of stainless steel tanks and vessels. Using automated plasma TIG processes, the system guarantees unparalleled quality and uniformity in the welding process, whilst also incorporating state of the art automatic plenishing and polishing processes. As a result, A&G is able to consistently produce the highest quality stainless steel tanks available in the market.

Do A&G provide their own transport and lifting services?

At A&G we recognise that the transport and handing of stainless steel vessels is a complex and specialist process. To facilitate the distribution of our products throughout Australia, A&G Engineering operates an in-house fleet of long and short haul prime movers, together with specialist vessel-carrying and drop deck trailers.

An accredited operator of over-dimensional haulage with all State and Federal authorities, A&G engineering offers a full installation and commissioning service for all of its products. Our fleet of materials-handling equipment includes mobile cranes up to 100 tonnes, as well as boom lifts and forklifts which, combined with experienced site personnel, ensures that all installations are carried out efficiently and safely.

If A&G Engineering operate in different States and Territories of Australia; how do they ensure they are compliant with all safety legislation?

A&G Engineering employ a full-time WH&S Manager who is responsible for ensuring that all safety standards, site requirements, building codes and client safety programs are adhered to at all times. Prior to undertaking any construction, installation or demolition, we follow a risk assessment process that includes site visits and compliance checks. Induction training, licence compliance, risk assessments, safety inspections and consultation processes are all recorded and available for inspection by customers and authorities alike.

Can A&G Engineering fulfil the role of “principal contractor” for our construction sites if we required them to do so?

As part of our service A&G Engineering offer full project management and principal contractor management on construction sites. A&G have fulfilled the role as principal contractor multiple times, adhering to the various states and territories legislative provisions, as well as Australian Standards.
