A&G is readvertising the position of Office Administrator due to a change in hours. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our admin team on a full time basis (40 hours) in Griffith, NSW. This role will include involvement in aspects of accounts payable and general office administration.
Key duties include:
- Answering incoming calls
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Administrative support for various departments
- Distributing supplier invoices for review and approval
- Creating and reviewing purchase orders
- Entering invoices into the company ERP system
- Collating and reconciling supplier invoices to statements
- Preparing timely and accurate payment runs
- Creating and maintaining supplier accounts
- Reconciling and maintaining the fixed assets register
- Managing fuel and toll accounts
- FX trades and payments
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Competency in use of Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
- Experience in administration
Clear and professional communication style.
Ability to work well with others.
Accountability for their assigned tasks.
Strong work ethic.
Excellent attention to detail and time management.
Well-developed organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
